Shipping & Returns
All orders are handcrafted and shipped from the European Union with tracked delivery. Below is everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and the return policy.
Shipping Information
- Processing time: 1–3 business days. If an order requires complex personalisation, you will be notified of any additional time needed.
- EU delivery: 3–5 business days (estimated total: 4–8 business days including processing).
- UK delivery: 5–7 business days (estimated total: 6–10 business days including processing).
- Express shipping: Available upon request — please contact support before ordering.
- Shipping cost: €4.90 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over €79.
- Customs fees: None for EU deliveries. UK orders may be subject to local import duties.
- Tracking: A tracking link is emailed as soon as the order is dispatched.
- Shipping regions: All EU countries and the United Kingdom.
Returns & Refunds
Personalised products
Items customised with engraving, text, or images are non-returnable and non-refundable, as each one is made to order. If there is a manufacturing defect or an error made during personalisation, a replacement or full refund will be provided.
Non-personalised products
May be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund process
Once the returned item is received and inspected (1–2 business days), the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Custom Orders
Have a special idea? Custom logos, images, and unique designs are welcome. Email support@thecrafthousegift.eu with your concept and the team will help bring it to life.
For photo engravings, upload the image directly through the product customiser, or share a Google Drive link with your order number.
