We offer personalized gifts including engraved wallets, jewelry, cosmetic bags, and keepsake boxes. Please note that personalized items are made to order and may vary slightly in color, texture, or alignment due to the nature of customization.

3. Prices & Taxes

All prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are clearly displayed before order confirmation.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom orders requiring special personalization may take longer; you will be contacted in such cases. We ship to all countries within the European Union and the United Kingdom. Standard delivery time is approximately one week. Express delivery is available upon request.

5. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit cards and other payment gateways available through Shopify. All transactions are encrypted and protected by SSL.

6. Cancellations & Returns

Orders for personalized products cannot be canceled or returned once production has started. For non-personalized products, you have the right to return the item within 14 days of delivery under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility.
