Yes. The product customiser shows a live preview of how the engraving will look on the item before you add it to cart.

The wallets and gift sets use genuine Italian nubuck leather — soft to the touch with a rich matte finish that develops a unique patina over time. The belts use genuine cowhide leather. All leather is sourced from European suppliers.

All wallets include built-in RFID-blocking technology. This prevents contactless skimming of credit and debit cards — a thin shielding layer blocks unauthorised radio signals while the wallet is closed.

Yes. Every order includes a premium gift box at no extra cost. For select items, you can also choose an upgraded wooden gift box with custom engraving through the personalisation tool.

All products are handcrafted in the European Union by a small family workshop. Quality is checked on every single item before shipping.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After processing:

• EU delivery: 3–5 business days (estimated total: 4–8 business days)
• UK delivery: 5–7 business days (estimated total: 6–10 business days)

Express shipping is available upon request.

Flat rate €4.90 within the EU. Free shipping on all orders over €79. No customs fees for EU deliveries.

Yes. A tracking link is emailed as soon as the order is dispatched.

Personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable, as each one is custom-made to order. However, if there is a defect or error on the part of the workshop, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Once a returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
