Measure your waist or hips where you wear the belt, then add 15 cm to that number. This lets you fasten on the central hole with room to adjust tighter or looser.
For example: if your waist measures 100 cm, order a 115 cm belt.
Alternatively, take an existing belt and measure from the buckle pin to the hole you use most. Order that length.
