How to Personalise
- Set “Personalization” to “Yes”. It is off by default, and the font, text and photo fields only appear once it is on.
- Choose the “Engraving Font”: Great Vibes, Lobster, Playfair Display, Roboto, Sacramento or Times New Roman.
- Write your message in “Back” (up to 50 characters) and one initial in “Front” (one character). A preview of the engraving shows on the product photos at the top of the page.
- Under “Photo 1” and “Photo 2”, press “Choose file” and upload one close-up, high-resolution photo for each. The clearer the photo, the better it looks inside the locket.
- Optional: tick “Gift message +5 photos” to add printed photos to your gift box (extra charge, shown next to the option). Use “Note” for anything else we should know.
- Pick the “Chain length” (40, 45, 50 or 55 cm) and press “Add to cart”.

How do the photos get into the locket?
Once Personalization is set to “Yes” on the product page, you upload two photos: one under “Photo 1” and one under “Photo 2”. We print them and place them inside before shipping, so you don't need to cut or insert anything yourself.
What can be engraved?
The front carries one initial (one character) and the back a short message of up to 50 characters, such as a date or a name. Engraving is included in the price, and a preview appears on the product photos once you switch Personalization on.
How long does delivery take?

Clearly personalized or made-to-specification items aren’t eligible for the 14-day change-of-mind return. This doesn’t affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
